After thirty-four years in the service industry, including twenty-eight years in banking, where she held positions such as IT and financial manager and general auditor, Marie-Paule Kersual became aware of the importance of taking care of people in organizations. Her mentoring experiences have reinforced this perception and her active participation in a company choir has shown that music brings well-being and sharing within institutions. With all these ingredients available serve the hospital sector, “Hop We Care” project became an obvious commitment!
